CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointment Cancellation & Deposit Policy To best serve all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service(s). * Most appointments require a $15, $25, or $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The required deposit amount depends on the service. * Your deposit will be applied toward your service at your appointment. * If you choose to cancel your appointment without rescheduling at that time, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. * No-show appointments will result in the loss of your deposit and FULL CHARGE OF YOUR SERVICE. * Clients with two or more no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be required to prepay the full cost of future services at the time of booking. We understand that emergencies happen and will always consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
